Below are the services included in the rental
fee for a suite within the Hedge Fund Hotel.

  • Grade A offices: individual, lockable, suites that come fully furnished with secure filing cabinets;
  • Receptionist to handle incoming calls and visitors;
  • Telephone included (handset, voicemail and local calls) and high-speed, networked colour printer/copier/scanner;
  • Broadband - dual redundant Internet connection (100mbs, wireless throughout);
  • Networking areas;
  • Regular seminars and information sessions; and
  • Boardrooms with online reservations.

  Tenants' Services
  Premium

 These services are not included in your rental
payment, but are available at cost as required.
  •  Compliance support and a 'help desk';
  •  Book-keeping/accounting services;
  •  Advice: Set-up and structuring (including how to set-up offshore);
  •  Capital introductions;
  •  Licensing and regulation advice;
  •  IT support (including data storage and networked back-ups);
  •  Marketing and brand building; and
  •  Public speaking/presentations, preparations and delivery.

Office suites and rentals for non-tenants

Our boardrooms may be rented by non-tenants for a nominal fee on a daily basis. For further information regarding availability, please contact Janet Keefe (jkeefe@knowledgesuites.com).

We charge tenants one all-inclusive, flat rate. The only extra costs are long-distance phone or outside printing costs for large off-site printing (see standard tenant services).

We ask for a one-month rent security deposit in addition to the first month's rent and that each tenant signs a standard licence agreement and a mutual confidentiality agreement.
